Welcome to our NEW Lunch and Learn webinars! These are mini online community webinars that give you some effective strategies you can implement right away! Lunch and Learn webinars are only 30 minutes and are offered over the lunch hour of 12:30-1:00PM. Each month we will present a different topic that aims to enhance your knowledge and teaching practices as early childhood educators.

September 12, 2023: Clay Explorations

We’ve all tried play dough in our play environments and know that many children love it! It’s sensory experiences to it’s fullest! Have you thought about how you could extend on this? A more natural approach? Let’s explore the possibilities of using clay as a creative medium for children. It’s absolutely become on of my favourite play materials to provide children to explore and create with. Join me as I share some of my favourite invitations to play with clay and how we can nurture children’s interests with this amazing material!
