Welcome to our Lunch and Learn mini webinars! These online community webinars give you some practical strategies you can implement immediately! Lunch and Learn webinars are only 30 minutes and are offered over the 12:30-1:00 PM lunch hour. Each month, we present a different topic to enhance your knowledge and teaching practices as early childhood educators.

Food fuels the soul. Children need a balanced, nutritious and diverse meals an snacks. Let’s explore some healthy and fun ways to stimulate appetites and create a positive culture around food. We will share some favourite recipes, along with some strategies to encourge well0being and a sense of belonging through food and meal times.

• This workshop will be held online through the Zoom platform.
• You will need access to a smartphone, laptop, tablet or computer with audio capabilities to join us.
• A link will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the workshop. Please click the link 10 minutes before the workshop begins to join in.
