This initiative is designed to strengthen community and build capacity for Early Childhood Educators by offering FREE professional learning opportunities. Through Inspired Minds ECC\, we bring together passionate educators\, organizations\, subject matter experts\, and play advocates to share their stories\, knowledge\, research\, and strategies—all to inspire and support growth in our professional practice. \nOctober Collaboration\nStronger Together: Building Collaborative Professional Relationships in Education \nwith Cathy Belgrave \nJoin us for an inspiring experience where educators gain practical tools and a collaborative mindset to build authentic\, dynamic professional relationships. This energizing workshop will empower participants to foster creativity\, enhance collaboration\, and nurture a supportive educational community where both educators and students thrive. \nGuest Speaker: Cathy Belgrave \nCathy Belgrave is an Early Childhood and Elementary Educator with over 25 years of experience. As the host of The Intentional ECE podcast and founder of The Intentional Educator she’s passionate about helping educators feel confident and inspired in their practice. With a background in developmental psychology\, a B.Ed.\, and Wunderled ECE certification\, Cathy supports educators in aligning their values with their teaching practices through thoughtful reflection and practical\, actionable strategies.
