Call for Exhibitors & Vendors!

Alberta Early Childhood Play Connection Network (AECPCN), a not-for-profit organization that supports Play and Early Childhood Educators in Alberta, is pleased to announce our first annual conference, Illuminate Early Childhood Conference.  Our focus this year is ‘Appreciating Early Childhood Educators.’ This conference is geared to show value, respect, and appreciation of the importance of Play and to our Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) who make Play possible in the early learning years. It’s an opportunity for Early Childhood Educators to feel connected to their own purpose, connect with other passionate educators, show value to our profession, and advocate for Play.

This event is for Early Childhood Educators, early childhood program owners/directors/supervisors, family day home agencies, consultants, and educators. We are currently reaching out to the community for their support as sponsors or exhibit vendors to enhance the educator experience at the conference and show that our community supports them. We want you to showcase how you contribute to Play and our profession.

We are expecting over 400+ delegates this year!

We have exciting news! You can help! We’re looking for sponsors, exhibitors/vendors, and donations to help support our event and advocate for Play and ECEs. In return for your support, we offer multiple advertising opportunities before, during, and after our conference. With a reach of over 10K educators across Alberta, we can showcase your business/group/product with educators and programs that need you!

Exhibitor/Vendor Table Information

Information

  • $150 per table (including GST)
  • 1 table with 2 chairs (additional tables are $100 each, max. 3 tables total, per vendor)
  • Logo displayed on conference brochure
  • Pre-order of lunch (for up to 2 people)
  • 30-minute networking breaks throughout the day to allow delegates to visit exhibitors/vendors. Delegates will have over 3 hours of networking to visit and connect with you.
  • Stamp/Marker for Exhibitor Journey Map: Delegates will be given an ‘Exhibitor Journey Map, a stamp card for visiting our exhibitors/vendors, for a chance to win exciting door prizes.
  • Set up will begin at 6:00 AM, Saturday, November 16 – exhibitors/vendors must be set up by 7:30AM on November 16, 2024
  • Take down will begin at 4:30PM, event ends at 5:30PM.
  • All exhibitors are required to donate a door prize (min. $50 value). We will have a door prize table for all vendor door prizes.
